I wonder if everyone feels as tired as I seem to feel a lot lately. The older we get, the more tired we are when we really aren’t doing very much physically. Or so it seems. However, if we think about it, we have more energy when we do some kind of physical work every day. The more physical work we do the more energy we have. So, if you are feeling tired a lot lately, maybe you are not getting enough physical exercise. If you do a lot in one day and are really tired that night, then maybe you should be. But you will probably be more energized the next day. That probably means that you don’t regularly get enough physical exercise.
Step up and step out for a ballroom dance. Go three or four nights, or days a week and it will not be long before you are noticing a big difference in your energy level. It does not have to cost much; you can get discount ballroom dance shoes and pay very little for high quality shoes. Then go out and have the time of your life.
