Doing something about your weight could be as easy as getting out for an hour or two and going to a romantic dance with the one you love. Ballroom dancing is an excellent way to burn calories, which is a good start to weight loss.
The rhythm dances such as the swing and the cha-cha has a pretty fast pace that makes you move every muscle in your body, or so it seems. If you have had a rough day at work and think, you will just go home and watch a little TV, try putting on a pair of swing dance shoes and go to a ballroom dance instead. I would be willing to bet that you will not regret it and will look forward to going the next time.
