The fastest way to gain weight is to do nothing. Literally. Doing something about your weight could be as easy as getting out for an hour or two and going to a romantic dance with the one you love. Ballroom dancing is an excellent way to burn calories, which is a good start to weight loss.
The rhythm dances such as the swing and the cha-cha has a pretty fast pace that makes you move every muscle in your body, or so it seems. If you have had a rough day at work and think, you will just go home and watch a little TV, try putting on a pair of swing dance shoes and go to a ballroom dance instead. I would be willing to bet that you will not regret it and will look forward to going the next time.
