I have gained weight…..again. I got a little lazy through the holidays and ate a few too many sweets
I wish I hadn’t, but I did. I love ballroom dancing so much, when I miss going for a week or more, it really stresses me out. The stress has a lot to so with me gaining the weight. Stress, over eating and not getting any physical exercise, no wonder I have gained weight.
Well, I will start Monday, ballroom dancing at least 3 times a week. The stress will start diminishing in the first session. It will be all but gone by the end of the third session. Then the weight will start to come off, slowly, but that is the best way to loose it. So, I will put on my open toe dance shoes and start getting my exercise, get rid of my stress, not eat so much, since I am now spending my time dancing, which hopefully means the weight will start going off.
