Did you know that you burn around 60 calories for every 15 minutes of ballroom dancing. This is if you weight around 125 pounds. Of course, it will be more if you weight more. I personally don’t know of a more relaxing and fun way to loose weight and keep it off.
So, put on your beautiful red dress and matching red ballroom dance shoes and loose weight and keep it off by ballroom dancing!
