It is funny to me how if you have a desk job that you sit in front of a computer all day, then you get home, 
and all you want to do is just sit in front of the TV or sit and read, the point being, you just want to sit. And a job that is very physical seems to make you want to do physical things when you get home.
My solution to my sitting job is to take ballroom dance lessons. Ballroom dance lessons and classes are encouraging enough to get you up off your butt and get you moving, even if nothing else has worked. Part of the fun and energy of ballroom dancing is getting to wear gorgeous ballroom dance shoes. The dance shoes are extremely pretty and comfortable and you can go online and get a pair or two at an extremely good price.
