The shoes that you wear while you dance can be your best friend or your worse enemy. Pretty high heel shoes or just ordinary daily shoes are not what you want to dance in, even if it is just for a short lesson or to wear to a dance party. But you can wear shoes made just for ballroom dancing. Standard ballroom dance shoes are great for the starter dancer or for someone that doesn’t dance all that often. And then the ballroom dance shoes with thicker pads and a little more sturdy can also be bought for people that dance a lot or have danced a long time. These shoes are normally designated as “party-party” or c-series and will be the same model number as the standard ballroom dance shoes but with a letter designation on the front of it.
