What is the best way to get your legs in really good shape? Ballroom dancing of course. And ballroom dancing in the ballroom dance shoes with higher heels, like 2 1/2, 3 or 3 1/2″ heels really build up your legs muscles. You then have the sexier legs and you can wear a pretty Latin skirt to show them off.
