I went to a ballroom dance lesson yesterday and was sitting and
waiting for the student before me to finish her lesson. She has not been taking lessons but about one week. There were two or three of us sitting and talking and putting on our ballroom dance shoes. When she finished she walked over to talk with us and just blurted out “this is such a stress reliever”. I totally agreed with her. No matter what is bothering me, when I ballroom dance it all melts away.
