What better way to work off all that Thanksgiving dessert than to get up and go to a ballroom dance. ForgetĀ
about going shopping and fighting the huge crowds of people. A good dance will help anyone’s spirit and is relatively economical. You can find places like Senior Centers and City Civic Centers and just places opened for people to come and dance. Some charge as little as 5 dollars for a lesson and some have lessons on certain nights and a dance party on other nights.
Google or Yahoo your city and ballroom dancing and it should give you a list of these places. You can also get discount ballroom dance shoes and clothing. Give it a try; I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
