Now is a terrific time to learn how to ballroom dance. Television programs such as “Dancing with the Stars” have rejuvenated these dance moves making ballroom dance more popular than ever. Because of the soaring popularity, you’ll find a wider variety of ballroom dancing classes than you might have a few years ago. You’ll also have a better chance of getting your partner and friends interested in joining you. Buying ballroom dance shoes for men is as easy as buying them for women. Ballroom dance lessons are often offered through your city’s recreation department, community college, or local dance studios. In addition, franchises such as Arthur Murray have studios across the county. You can also join local dance clubs or find videos and books to help you learn the steps. No matter how you get your ballroom dancing instruction, you’re sure to make new friends as you learn how to dance. With a little determination and practice, you too can glide across the ballroom floor.
